The programme runs for three to five days at your premises, depending on your organisation’s system complexity and your staff’s computer proficiency. The days are not delivered consecutively. Sessions are scheduled around your operational requirements so that your staff have time between training days to implement what they have learned, test the automation in their actual workflows, and return to the next session with real questions drawn from real use.
The training is free. The tools we implement, Claude Pro, Google Workspace, and Google NotebookLM, cost a combined total that is less per user per month than a single Microsoft 365 Copilot licence. They require no IT department to configure, no enterprise licence agreement, and no integration project. A staff member configures the full stack independently in under 45 minutes during the training session.
Microsoft Copilot requires a Microsoft 365 E3 or E5 licence as a prerequisite, charges an additional per-user monthly fee on top of that licence, and depends on IT administration for deployment and maintenance. For an organisation that does not already run a full Microsoft enterprise environment, the total cost of Copilot is several times higher than that of the Claude, Google, or Perplexity alternatives, and it offers a narrower range of capabilities for general administrative work.
We present this comparison as a professional assessment. Both paths are documented in the training, and your staff members leave with a written comparison of the two options so your management team can make an informed decision based on accurate, up-to-date figures.
Every staff member completes the programme with seven outputs. They leave with a Claude account configured with their personal writing style profile, and all AI connectors authenticated and tested for Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Claude in Excel. They have a first company knowledge base built in NotebookLM with at least one generated output downloaded and ready for use.
They also have a personal prompt library in Google Docs, organised by task type, and a written Personal AI Productivity Plan covering three real tasks, with both the Claude and Microsoft paths documented for each. They have a written commitment to one specific change in how they review AI output. They receive an introduction to the advanced programme, YOU + AI: Going Further, which covers automation, multi-agent workflows, and AI integration for specific professional disciplines.
