The training is free. AXI247 does not charge for the on-site programme, regardless of whether your organisation requires 3, 4, or 5 training days. The facilitator's time, travel, and course materials are included at no cost. We train your staff and your Grade 11 and Grade 12 students at no charge because AI proficiency is too consequential to ration based on budget.
You pay for the implementation, ongoing upgrades, and maintenance of the AI systems we configure in your organisation. This is a single monthly contract, quoted per person, that covers everything required to keep your AI toolkit current, correctly configured, and properly governed as the technology evolves. There are no hidden costs, no additional licence fees payable to us, and no surprise charges. The contract includes the initial technical configuration of all AI tools and connectors for your staff, ongoing system updates as Claude, Google Workspace, and NotebookLM release new features and changes, governance reviews to ensure your AI usage remains compliant with your organisation's policies and data protection requirements, and support for staff questions, configuration adjustments, and workflow changes as your needs develop. If a tool changes, we update your configuration. If a new capability becomes available that applies to your workflows, we implement it. If a staff member needs assistance, they have access to support without raising an IT ticket.
The implementation, upgrade, and maintenance contract ranges from $5 to $20 per person per month. The specific rate for your organisation depends on the complexity of your workflows, the number of staff, and the scope of the AI tools being maintained. We assess your requirements during the free on-site demonstration and provide you with a fixed monthly quote before you commit to anything. For an organisation with 50 staff, the total monthly cost of keeping your entire company current, supported, and governed ranges from $250 to $1,000. That figure covers every person in the organisation. Compare that to a single Microsoft Copilot licence, which costs $30 per user per month on top of a mandatory Microsoft 365 E3 or E5 subscription. You could be facing an eyewatering expense of $1,500 to $3,000 per month, and it requires an IT administration staff member for deployment and maintenance where AXI247 does not.
There are no setup fees beyond the monthly contract. There are no annual licence charges. There are no per-incident support fees. The monthly contract covers the total cost of working with AXI247 and includes everything described on this page. If you cancel, you cancel.
